Return PolicyReturn and Refund Policy: We value our customers and want to see them satisfied with their purchases. We suggest you to keep in mind that most skincare products take time to start showing results, so at least few weeks should be allowed to give the products time to work. We carefully check each and every item before it is shipped to our customer.
We stand behind the quality of all the products we cell. Since we are not a manufacturing company we reserve the rights to open and test all the products, before forwarding them to our customers. We take the time to inspect your products to avoid any risks of sending dead-on-arrival or defective items to our customers. Since we inspect our items prior to shipment 99% will arrive in perfect working conditions
You may return most of the products sold on our website within 30 days from date of purchase. The items you order from us may be returned, undamaged, for your choice of a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, such as:
- The product that has obvious signs of use or damage.
- Any item that is not returned in the condition it was received.
- Cosmetic products, such as creams, masks, oils, etc., if they have been used
- Items without original packaging
- Partially used supplements or nutrition products
Please note we accept domestic returns only. International orders are considered to be final.
Items that you receive in error, damaged or not as described can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
If you received an item that needs to be exchanged, the replacement item will be shipped to you immediately after we receive the returned product.
In case the purchase is being returned to us for any other reason the refund will be subject to a standard processing/restocking fee of 20%. (Refund will be the purchase price of the product less 20%.) Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. We review each return package once it's received and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee (up to 25%) if goods are not carefully packed for return.
Any refused, undeliverable or otherwise misdirected orders as a result of customer error may be charged the actual return shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us before returning the product with the following info: your name, product name, order number, date of purchase, price paid, and the reason for the return of each item (this helps us with quality control).
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Be sure to get a delivery confirmation number from the Post Office for the returned shipment. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund will be issued after we receive the returned product. Refunds are processed within 10 business days from receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs.
